Agriculture
The Ilsinger family has been running a farm in Donnersbach and the Schrabachalm for generations.
Those who have known the family for a long time also like to work a little on the mountain pasture. Many children have had their first contact with a traditional farm.
Cheese dairy
he Steirerkas is renowned and, along with the butter and cream cheese, has received multiple awards.
All products are handmade in the family's own cheese dairy, with the assistance of helpers.
Feel free to inquire about purchasing the products, but don't delay, as they tend to sell out quickly.
Alpine farming
From May to October, the convivial alpine pasture serves drinks and offers its own products as tasty dishes.
Hike along the Kasweg trail to the Schrabachalm. You will learn a lot about dairy farming while walking and can stop for a snack afterwards. A must for every stay!
A winter wonderland with much natural snow.And available for rent!
The alpine huts are available for rental during the winter.
